About the event
Welcome to the 11th Arrondissement, the most vibrant and cosmopolitan soul of the capital. Spanning the streets of Oberkampf, Saint-Maur, and the trendy Folie-Méricourt district, this tour takes you beyond the tourist facade to encounter another face of Paris, far from the usual landmarks.
This is the birthplace of the jeune cuisine movement. Our journey is a deep dive into the local art de vivre: we will step inside artisanal bakeries using ancestral techniques, visit discreet natural wine cellars, and meet flavor-makers in their workshops. Between tastings, you will discover the neighborhood’s industrial heritage, hidden courtyards, and secret gardens like the Square Gardette.
